Intro to this blog
Hi! As the title say I will be TRYING to train for and complete one of the charity runs here in Jacksonville next year. Like I said in the description if you are going to leave a comment try to be encouraging... I am doing this for two reasons
1)My health I know I need to lose weight and I know that if I don't do it NOW I may never be able to lose the weight, I also know that I am not the type of person that can put a goal like the last one (a cruise) that doesn't really have a date and actually be able to do what I want, so I will pick a run which will provide something I didn't have last time: a date and it will be bigger than me!
2)Whatever charity I chose to run for; I need something besides JUST me!
